I have customized one form and trying to add single address to this form ,but i am getting the error while opening form
form design looks like

I check both links and then create and run ClearGOC job, but problem not solved.is there another solution
I resolve the problem by taking help from standard bankgroup form.

Actually, the error which i mention above is resolved when i create an index of my table and add mapping relation to LogisticsLocationMap .but after that it throw another error ( formparameter has been incorrectly called) the issue was in my form design,that why address form not open and give an error(formparameter has been incorrectly called) ,but when i follow the same design as bankgroup form than the error get resolved. now its working fine .Thanks :)
