When our users are going to Project management and accounting > Timesheets > All timesheets the deleted button is greyed out but when they go to Project management and accounting > Timesheets > my timesheets the delete button is available. Similarly when they go to a timesheet from all timesheets the remove button is missing but when they go to the same timesheet from the my timesheet the remove button is available.
So far I've checked:
The user is a delegate for the worker whose timesheet they are trying to delete or amend.
The security diagnostic on both list pages to confirm the page has the same privileges and duties and that these are on the role assigned to the User.
Obviously as a system admin I have the buttons regardless of how I access the timesheets. I've tested using some of the Microsoft Standard roles for Projects as our user has a custom role but we still have the same problem.
Anyone got any ideas?
