User Security in Business Central

Hi:
 
In Business Central, there is a Permission Set called "D365 BUS FULL ACCESS"
 
A user in customer service should not have this Permission Set.
 
But, when this Permission Set is taken away from her and replaced with a "downgraded" Permission Set, she can't even print a Sales Invoice.
 
In this sort of situation, what is the best way to ensure that this user doesn't have too much power yet can still accomplish her work?

    It is quite time consuming to create the perfect permission set for a user but you could create custom permission sets based on the standard ones to increase or restrict permissions.

    What permissions did you assign, you need to assign them D365 BUS PREMUIM and then based on the role you have different permission sets like D365 SALES, D365 SALES DOC. Let us know what permissions the user has.
