I can download the error detail or go to the server event view to see what happen for the error detail .but when error happen online, just have an error message. how to find the detail error information and error trance.

Can you provide the error message?if you can post the error or the steps then someone from the community will guide you.
You can get additional information about error in Plugin Trace log, System Jobs and any script errors will let you download the file to check.

Hi,
You should use Network tab from developer tool (Hit F12) to see detailed error in Online CRM when error occurs.
Steps - First open Developer Tool ->Perform Your Operation so that error occurs->Check Network tab in Developer tool for detailed error.
like those error ,there is not download error button

I've summarized some solutions for you.
1.For issues caused by workflow, plug-in or other system flows, you could go to System Jobs to check if there is any failed jobs which may caused the issue.
2.For issues cased by internet requesting, you could use F12 developer tools to check if there is any invalid request which may caused the issue.
3.For issues without any useful information like the sample you provided, you should raise a ticket to Microsoft with your Org url and the date of the issue happened and the engineer will try to reappear your issue and check the reason on server side.
