Hi Everyone

I'm looking for resources - books, websites, forums etc that can help me learn more about the features of Dynamics 365 for our accounting/financials and CRM.

I'd really like something that would help me troubleshoot but also to get the most out of Dynamics i.e. features that we have available to us but don't use.

Any suggestions welcome.

Also are there any certifications/qualifications one can achieve for Dynamics 365 - more for user applications.

If you are looking for a broad understanding initially start at the Fundamentals level, the learning path is a very high level overview of the product.

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)

These are more focused on what is available in the products, at a high level.

Your question is very broad. There is Microsoft Learn, on this community there are blogs and TechTalk videos. On the internet you can find more blogs.
