Good Afternoon,

I am trying to add a Business Process that I created to a Form but I can not find out how, or where to do this.
I am including some screenshots so it's easier to see what I am talking about.

Business Process Flow I created:

//

Here is the Form. I would like the Business Process Flow to be added where the Red Box is

//

This is how I would like the page to look. This is out Opportunity Form.

//

If someone can please help direct me to the right place to add this to the Form I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you
Shawn

    Hi,
    You're missing one of the most crucial steps: adding this BPF(Business Process Flow) to current app.
    For example:
    --My current app is Sales Hub.
    1)Open app in design mode
    2)Switch to classic
    3)select the BPF you want
    4)Save and Publish.
    5)For existing records, you need click 'Process' button to display it manually.

    I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hi Leah,

    Thank you for showing me this process.
    Is there a way to link the 'Business Process' to the 'Stage'?
    What I mean is as the CS Rep works the Case and does things, different Flows are triggered and the Status of the Case is updated accordingly. What I am trying to do is 'mirror' this in the Business Process.
    So when the Status of the Case goes from 'New' to 'In Process', the Business Process is updated accordingly, moving from 'New' to 'In Process'.
    or is this something I need to build yet another Flow for?

    Thank you

    Hi,
    Yes.
    If you want to update stage of BPF(moving from 'New' to 'In Process') based on the change of case status( the Status of the Case goes from 'New' to 'In Process') automatically, you can create one workflow/low to achieve it automatically.
    My example:
    One BPF--Phone to case process on the case entity.
    In fact, each BPF is one entity, and has N:1 relationship with applied entity.
    --create one workflow on the BPF entity.
    --Check 'process changes' check box and click on select, select record type- Incident(Case) and check status fields.
    --Add actions:
    1)Conditon--check case status
    2)select active stage in the BPF:
    Save and active.
