Geofence Events are not triggered

Hi Folks,

We are working with the Geofencing for Field Service Mobile, as described here:

Most of it is working, except for the automatically firing of the Events, because the coordinates are not updated in the Bookable Resource.
I can manually set the coordinates on the Resource's form and fire the events that way, but what am I missing to trigger the automatic update?

In addition, the Geotracked Record Status is not initially set to Outside when the Geofence is created.

I have tried to set the Start and End location for the Resource to 'Resource Address' and "Organizational Unit Address' without it making a difference.

    If you are missing components that are installed with the field service solution/updates, then you need to delete the Field Service Anchor solution. Doing this will not delete field service data or configurations. Once that is done, go into the area to update your apps that are part of your solutions. You will notice that it appears the Field Service solution needs to be installed again, go ahead and install. Once the install is complete the missing solution components should be installed. Remember to Activate the geofencing workflows.

    Ok, I see that Geofence Alerts is not part of my instance and current version of Field Service that I have is 8.8.26.24 .

    As per the documentation : docs.microsoft.com/.../geofencing, Geofence solutions are installed automatically with Field Service v8.3+

    I am wondering if there is a way I can install it manually? If you are aware of this, can you please provide a link for steps to install Geofence solutions manually?

    In my instance I have activated Flows for FS and do see a Flow that does what's explained above.

    Hi,

    I looked up list of processes and do not see  the process listed in the image. There is a process named 'Update Geofence Instance Coordinates' though. Tried activated that, but no luck. Bookable resources do not update with latest coordinates.

    Do I have to create 'Update Resource Location from Resco Audit' explicitly?

    Just to confirm, I accessed Processes using the following steps : Settings > Customizations > Customize the System > Processes.

    Hello,

    You need to Activate below process so that It will update resource lat and long from the Mobile Audit records.

    Geotracked Status wll get update based on the resource latitude and longitude fields, If these are empty then the flag will not get updated to Inside/Outside
