Migration of Personal Dashboard

Hi All,

I need to migrate personal dashboard from crm onpremise and to crm online. My base language in onpremise is English and in crm online my base language is Italian,

I have tried the migration using SSIS Kingswaysoft and XRM toolbox.

But from both I am getting issue "Only base language code is allowed for labels in user dashboard"

    On your new org do you have the english language enabled as well?

    Yes English language is enabled.

    Hello Samira,

    It looks that this is by design. You could open a ticket with MSFT to get more help, maybe there is a trick to migrate dashboards on these scenarios.

    Hi Johao,

    Thanks for helping. I found the solution. I have imported the personal dashboard in excel and then replace the language code in form xml. and then imported back to crm.
