I've looked in a lot of places for a suitable jscript to run from the comandbar/ribbon that will allow me to open a selected form in a sidebar.
All seem to be triggered from form openings or refer to form context.
The idea is I have a button in the ribbon/command bar of a view, and on selecting a line I can then select the edit in side and it opens in side.
How do I pass the entity id from the selected to my jscript, I can only find online how to do this from a form.
