System Administrator - no permission in Financial Report

Hi All,

I have System Administrator role in Dynamics 365, but I suddenly can't login to Financial Report Designer or view any reports because the system says I don't have permission. Other System Administrator can't even see me as a user under Security section of the Financial Report Designer. This is really strange because I still have System Administrator role in my profile and I don't have permission issues with any other modules or functions. 

Please can anyone help. Thanks!

    Were you able to login on the same environment before? If so, what got changed? Did someone do a refresh of the MR databases?

    Hi André,

    It's really strange. I suspect it might have something to do with the internal firewall and security update.

    We tried reset data mart and restart the service in LCS, but nothing works. This happened to another system administrator as well. I have logged a ticket with Microsoft now...

    Hi Guys,

    Just had the session with Microsoft and it is resolved now. 

    To fix it, we have to tick the "Clear users and companies" checkbox when resetting the data mart. However, the underlying reason that is causing the issue is still unknown.
