My company is currently implementing 2016 Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I have been looking for training/certification courses online with no luck. Can anyone tell me if there are training and certification courses for the customer and where do I go to enroll as I have been asked to be the system administrator for the new ERP system.

for the learning portal there is a special partner account needed. to get an account please contact the microsoft support or your nav partner (the company who sold you dynamics nav) to advice you.
with your customer account there are also many documentations available for you.
best you start with nav 2015 tutorials, the msdn content about nav 2016, the youtube content about nav 2016 and the free blogs.

I have a customer source account but not a partner account. Don't you have to be a reseller to have a partner account? I am a customer of a company that sold us the product. Can I join as a partner or do they have certification courses for customers as well?
