I am experiencing an error for one of my clients on the Customer payment Journal (Accounts Receivable > Payments > Customer payment journal) If you select the Open in Microsoft > Open in Excel > Customer payment journal > Download. I get an error An error occurred during the report - Record for id - (AD84C2A4-4E8B....) not found. Thanks for info.

    Please try to

1- Delete usage data (Reset usage data)

2- "Reload system templates" from Organization administration > Setup > Document template  and then check if there is template for "CustomerPaymentJournalTemplate" and then try again to import journal lines

    Hi Sophia.r,

I mean that if you have Account type other than customer and bank in the payment journal:

Do you get the same error message while you open the Excel add in from journal lines?

    Hi Alireza

I have tested a few others that also use Composite Data Entities and they seem to be working fine. It is only Customer payment journal.

I get the error on the Accounts receivable> Payments>Customer payment journal >Open in Excel > Customer payment journal which is on Header level and if I view the lines.  The Journal Types are all Customer payment.

What field are you referring to when you ask for more information about Journal line type?

RE: Open In Excel gives error on Customer Payment Journal

(Please see my text again, I apologise)

I am experiencing an error for one of my clients on the Customer payment Journal (Accounts Receivable > Payments > Customer payment journal),

If you select the Open in Microsoft > Open in Excel > Customer payment journal > Download. I get an error "An error occurred during the export " - Record for id - (AD84C2A4-4E8B....) not found.

I have checked that no extensions exist for this Composite entity CustomerPaymentJournal or the Data entities it contains CustomerPaymentJournalLineEntity and CustomerPaymentJournalHeaderEntity.

I have checked that other composite entities work such as SalesOrdersV3 and that my Office App parameters have been setup.

Any idea how I can debug this or somehow determine what is causing it.

Note : there are new fields added to the tables within the above mentioned data Entities but no changes to the data entities.

    1.  1 new field added to LedgerJournalTable  but not included on data entities .

                 (KAPPaymentAdvise enum NoYes)

    2.  3 New fields added to LedgerjournalTrans but not included on data entities.

                 (PBFCustomerRef text field)

                 (KAPMarkInvoiceDummy   edt InvoiceId)

                 (AmountCurCreditDummy edt AmountCurCredit)

Please help I can not see how to find what is causing this error

    Hi Sophia,

Can you review the text as some information seems to be overwritten or incomplete. Some sentences are duplicated in your question.

Can you elaborate on the "new fields added"?
