using the Related field in email - expand picklist of tables

I am using both the Regarding and the newer Related fields in email to associate an email with multiple records. I've added both fields to my Email form.

When I originate an email: For the Regarding field (designed to be one association), I can pick from all the tables that are coded for Activities - 8 tables, including Requests and Awards (part of MSNFP common data model). But for the Related field (a 'partylist' designed to accommodate multiple associations), I can only pick from 4 -- Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Users.

This suggests to me that the tables are coded correctly for activities, but I've failed to add something to a picklist somewhere. Anyone else using the Related list, and know where I tweak this to add the missing tables?

Thanks --

Problem solved: to be available in the Related list, the table has to have the 'Can have a contact email' option checked in the Advanced section of table properties.  This doesn't apply for the Regarding list.

The 2 tables I wanted did not have that checked.  Turned that on and republished the table. Got a little freaked when it didn't appear in Related selection after restarting the app. Waited a few minutes, tried again, that table appeared. This lag happened twice, so my guess it takes some time to bake in the background.

So now, I can link an email to Account, Contact, Request and -- if they got the grant -- the Award timeline. Happy Day!
