'Duplicate Records Detected' Dialogue: how to add more columns

Hello,

I have created a custom duplicate detection rule for cases with the same serial number. It works fine but it shows only two columns: 'case title' and 'modified on'.
I need to add at least 3 columns at this dialogue. Is this possible?

Also, is it possible to show these results again inside the case form (on a subgrid)? For example, maybe I could create a view with these results or show them in 'similar cases'
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Add columns you need to "Entity Lookup View". Check this post - mscrmmel.wordpress.com/.../ as a reference.

    Hi irenegr,

You can add columns that you need in lookup view.

    Here are steps.

1.Go to Settings > customizations > customize the system >Entities.

2.expand Case entity and click Views to select Case Lookup View.

There is no possible to show on the form, The view actually a combination of three different pieces.

The Static Part:it compose of three columns that never change: the Name column, the Status column, and the Modified On column.

The Rules Part: The next section is pulled from your duplicate detection rules.

The Dynamic Part:Columns are all pulled from the entity’s lookup view.

    Best Regards,

    Leo

I think this is not working (anymore/currently): In my org, adding Columns to the Lookup View of the Table doesn't change anything. Only the Name and the Modified On Columns are displayed.

Accoding to this thread this is a problem with the (in autumn 2021 still new ;-) UCI:

Here's an Idea that addresses the issue and is still open:

I just raised a Microsoft ticket to ask about a possible fix.
