The user with SystemUserId=xxxxxxxxxx in OrganizationContext=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxis not licensed

Hello all,

when trying to create a contact, we receive an error saying that the user with a certain SystemUserID is not licensed. ALl users who get this error have the necessary license and permission to do so. My thought was, that saving the contact starts a process, which runs under a different user.

How can I find out the name of the user, with only having the SystemUserID?

    Hello,

    You can easily find with below URL - Paste this url in your browser when CRm is opnened after replaing highlighted value

    https://org50b8451e.crm8.dynamics.com/main.aspx?forceUCI=1&newWindow=true&pagetype=entityrecord&etn=systemuser&id=7400710c-d394-eb11-b1ac-0022486ec861

    Now you need to replace your CRM ORG URL, and User ID in highlited section.
