Cannot edit user group although I have system administrator rights for Dynamics CRM365

Although I have administrator and system customizer rights, I cannot add or edit unit groups in sales hub. The error message indicates that I do not have sufficient permission and can only read the item. Is the unit groups editable in the Customer Engagement Plan and if so, what could be missing in terms of assigning permissions to enable the creation/ editing of unit groups (as an example, there were other app setting that could not be updated either)?

Go to settings>>customisations>>model driven apps>>click and open the app you want unit groups in>>add unit groups to the app>>publish

Thanks Prashant. I am pretty sure the Units and Unit Groups have been published as these are available in the app. When I try to add or edit these items, I get an error message stating that I have read-only rights, although I have the system administrator role and system customizer role. Please see screenshot below from within the app:

On the bottom left, change the module from sales to sales/app settings and look for product catalogue there, there it must be editable

I have tried that. That is initially where I started when trying to create new units/ unit groups as per the step-by-step guidance. I could create a discount list, but could not create the units/ unit groups and then I investigated products as well for which I do not have permissions. It is still the default security roles and nothing has been changed there, so it seems strange that I can do the discount list, but not units or products?

Allow me some time and I will post you screenshots on how do it.

Have u tried the following:

Click on the wheel/settings button on top right>>advanced settings>>then change it from there, I think it’s under product management or business management. If you’ve already tried it, let me know and i ll share some screenshots.

Hi There

it seems like you don't have admin permissions, please check your role.

I am able to edit it as an admin within Sales hub:

You can try the other way by going to advanced settings:

And then product catalogue
