Hi, good day everyone!

Would like to know if there is a way to do mass cancellation of collection letters at D365?

If yes, how to do it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

Yes, you can cancel collection letters in bulk using standard functionality.

Go to:
Credit and collections > Periodic tasks > Review and process collection letters > Cancel collection letters

From there, you can run a batch job and define filters such as customer account, letter level, or date criteria to mass cancel the letters that were already created but not yet posted.

Hi,

yes you can do :

Select the collection letter which you want to cancel > you can clcik on cancel > Now this screen you can remove default letter and add list of letter or critaria and run the process

Steps to Cancel Collection Letters in Bulk

Navigate to the Collection Letter Processing Screen

Go to Credit and Collections > Collection letter > Review and process collection letters.
