I have a calculated field which counts the number of days, but it is also counting the weekends and festival holidays also.
I have to count days but exclude weekends and festival holidays. Is their any idea how to do it via "out of the box" functionality.

WholeNumber, calculated.

I'm afraid it's not possible to use OOB approach. You will have to develop a piece of code (for example a plugin) to implement your requirement.
