Cross company data sharing- can't disable a policy

hi there,
 
as i need to adjust a table within a policy, i was trying to Disable this policy for editing.
unfortunately an error msg appears while trying to disable: An error occured when executing the update statement
 
hope someone can help me out

    first of all, thanks for responding.
     
    that was exactly that we have in mind.
    i have asked to copy D365 PRD to D365 TST, once it was copied i tried to disable the policy in TST and that worked!
     
    i was supprised how it than should react in PRD,  and there also i was able to disable the policy, so the matter solved itself after a couple of days.
     
    In general this CCDS tool is a very delicate and sensitive peace of software, we have 51 companies sharing data.
    the basic rule is , if you want to change something in the setup, give the system some time to process the action you have initiated before starting the next action.
     
    for example; if you disable a policy , just wait for 10 a 15 minutes before actually make changes to that policy.

    Have you encountered any issues when running "Find sharing issues"?
    Is VendTable included in your policy? If yes, it might be related to Details for issue 341998

    I recommend creating a support case with Microsoft to get better assistance.
