Send email to Secondary Email

Hi Guys

I want to send email to secondary email address of contact(possibly CC to secondary address). We don't want to create a another contact for secondary email.  Is there any way we achieve this ?

    Hi Saman,

    By default, CRM will send E-mail to “Primary Email Address” for Accounts, Contacts and Leads.

    Maybe you can refer following link to send the E-mail to “Secondary Email Address” (or) “Third Email Address” through some customizations and Plug-in.

    SEND EMAIL TO SECONDARY EMAIL ADDRESS (adyatantech.com)

    If you don't want to any codes, you need update the primary email address field with secondary email address.

    Saman,

    OOB the contact record allows 3 email address to be stored directly on the contact record, so your UI has to allow for this or some other process to populate these other email address fields.

    It sounds like you are creating a template or workflow/automate to send emails.  In the send email step, you can put emailaddress1 in the To and the emailaddress2 and emailaddress3 in the CC, or all 3 in the To.  The catch is, you need to make sure one of these 3 fields has a value before you submit for a send email or your email send process is going to fail.
