Hi All,

In CRM I have create 20,000 work order in that work order - Notes attachment tab many file.

I got the mail storage capacity.

Now I configure SharePoint.

Here, I want to import all notes export attachment against same work order.

I have more than 21,000 number of attachments.

How to manage any

Is there some good tutorials or blogs that show how to do this or could someone please tell me?

Do you want to upload files from your system folder to Work Order records in Field Service?

If D365+Sharepoint link is setup, Power Automate cloud flow or desktop flow can do that.
