Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to add the activity status of any activity that has been entered into an entity in Dynamics 365? I am using the Unified Interface and it is showing everything else i need, except i cannot get it to show the status of an activity which would be extremely handy.
Anyone have any idea how to do this or if its just not possible?I have played around with custom card forms which include the Activity Status field but they never show up on the timeline.Attached is a screenshot of two dummy activities setup (Phone Call & Appointment)

The fields of activities which will be shown in the timeline are the fields in card form details section.
For example, I want the change the fields of Phone Call, I should go to Settings->Customizations->Customize the system->Phone Call->Form Card.
If you want to show the status of phone call, add the status reason field into details section.
First you need to change the timeline properties->Display activities using->Card Form and choose phone call card form for phone call activity.
Then open the phone call card form and add the status reason field into details section.
Then you will be able to see the status in timeline in UCI.
