Buy Sales Pro and get Customer service too? Do I get Sales hub when I buy Customer Service license?

New in D365,

I stared with a sales pro subscription, later my tech support guys will get Customer Service.

But it seems when you buy the sales pro I can access Cust service too... But cust service should be a license bought seperately 42€/m no?

I read the licensing guide but did not find info on that.

Questions

1. why is it sold seperately when you get both in sales Pro?

2. will a cust service subscription give you access to the sales hub too?

    If you buy Customer Service Professional or Enterprise license, you will not get complete sales access.

    Quote, sales order and Invoice entities are covered in any customer service license.

    Viceversa, If you buy sales professional or Enterprise license, Case table is not covered in that.

    Be careful of the licenses, sometimes microsoft allow you in the beginning however the the audit may block it later. At the auditing microsoft go by the books of licensing guide.

    Hi KK-365 ,

    About "Quote, sales order and Invoice entities are covered in any customer service license." So when I am finished setting up sales Pro for our sales agents and move on to buy the CS Pro licenses for my tech guys they will aso be able to make Quotes, orders and see invoices. great, thanks

    But its still not clear for me, as I have a payed Sales Pro license I also get the CS hub, and admin as an app now... Can't seem to find documentation that CS is included to a sales pro subscription and in what way its limited as to having a customer service pro license too...

    also, I do see the cases table in sales pro...

    And in CS hub I was even able to create a Support email queue, so that seems fully functional
