In my custom workflow, I need to have Reject reason when the approver wants to reject the Work Item.
May I know how to achieve that ?
Ideally, in my mind is, during open the Work item from "Work Item Assigned to Me", when I press "Workflow -> Reject", I imagine when the window pop up to enter notes, there will be another field for choosing Reason, and this Reason could be just from Enum (custom enum)
The purpose here is when the approver select one of the reason and save, the workflow can put Workflow status differently. I have created in my Workflow Approval Status to differentiate this "type of rejection", so when it is merely "Reject", status will be "Rejected", but if for other reason (selected in the option), Workflow Approval Status will be back to Draft (but user can see it is because of the specified reason)
May I get some idea.
