    Hi phyllispang,

You can look at the limitations for automatic cleanup of number sequences:

    Hi phyllispang,

Like Judy mentioned it can be related to the limitation or or other unexpected failure.

Ref. to shared screenshot, I cannot find any value for "Lastest compelte cleanup". You can evaluate to run this cleanup via batch job.

    Hi Phyllispang,

Anyway, for performance reasons, it would be better to run the clean up by the batch job and not automatically. Using the batch, you can choose your own moments after business hours which will not impact users if they need to retrieve numbers while the cleanup is running.

    Hi Phyllispang,

On the number sequence list page, there is a drop down menu on the action bar called 'Manual cleanup'. From the list of options choose 'All'. This will open a dialog to select a range. Next to the 'OK' button, there is a button ('Batch') where you can set the option to run it via the batch framework and manage the time and recurrence.

    Hi Calavon,

Got it, many thanks for your information.
