I am having the same error , but I am getting this unknown error with Sales, Service, Marketing, Resource Center. With Workplace and Settings, it is working perfectly fine.

If anybody from MS team can advise?

at the moment i am not near a computer to give you detailled instruction, but i think this is easy to fix.

with the free xrmtoolbox from tanguy and the included sitemap editor you can add a title to every group or area. please find the menuentry where this unknown is above, then add avtitle to this group or area, or the 1area,group 1 hyrarch higher.

hope this helps. more, if i sitz on a pc.

hey sorry i can now faster give you the needed details to fix it.

    load xrmtoolbox from xrmtoolbox.codeplex.com

start the entry sitemap editor in the tool

now you need to connect to your crm

you will find an area sales

in the sales area you have to search for a group in which is f.e. the subarea leads.

the subarea leads is not from interest.

you need to mark the group in which the menuentrysbare which have the unknown left upper corner.

right mousebutton on the marked group, then start the entry: add title.

a new titleentry will be generated. you need to give in your country no.code of your land at lcid, f.e. 1031 for germany and of course the title of the group

then save and in the upper nav click on update sitemap.

i think this should fix it.
