Hi, I need to insert personell actions on employee in the past (not with the defauld data).
how can I do it?

Any specific reason to insert personnel actions on past employees?
Is there any chance that those employees will be retained back by the company in future?

Hello Sourav Dam,
I need to insert previous data on the history of the employees, the reason is to update old empolyee actions not previously traced on the system.
Personell action: Transfer a worker
If I create a personell action the system automatically use the entry date (today).
In addition I cannot insert past action on employee that are no longer active in the company.
Not sure if can be done in standard environment.
May be a code modification can help you to achieve this.
You can only create the worker actions for current workers.
If you just want to insert the records for past workers and don't mind the creation date, please try below.
Firstly, change the end date for this worker in his employment history to make it active.
Then, add the position assignment for him with the transfer action.
Note: The effective date of a Transfer a worker action is the date that you entered in the Assignment start date field for the worker.
Finally, change the employment end date back. And check the worker action history.

If it is the only option, then I would do what you suggested and I think that once the action is created I could try changing the action date via sql query,
do you think it is feasible?

I haven't done this from sql query. So sorry I cannot give you a comparison between the two methods.
But i think you can try my solution first if you don't have many past employees to add the records.
