How to get default dimension in barcode

Hi Experts,

I am trying to get default dimension in barcode for fixed asset.

Please help me.

    I fetched defaultDimension from AssetTrans and now it's working.

    The DefaultDimension field on AssetTable has a CountryRegionCode "LV" assigned to it, which means that it will only be used in a legal entity based in Latvia.

    Could you please help me, we have more than 2k assets but DEFAULTDIMENSION field of ASSETTABLE contains 0 for all. What we are missing? AX 2012 R2.

    So when I use community.dynamics.com/.../get-dimension-value-from-defaultdimension this code it always returns empty that's obvious.

    How many dimensions attributes did you have?

    Which one you want to add to barcode?

    Hii Crispin,

    I am also in the same scenario. Please tell from where the Dimension will come from in AssetTable? The FA card dont have Dimension tab.  I got it from Value Model.

    DefaultDimension not 0. Even for all fixed assets barcode not including Dimension.

    Yes. Barcode not including Dimension.
