Having trouble creating sales line(SalesOrderLineV2) via OData

Hi All,

I'm finding it very hard to create a Sales Line item. I got an error >> Insert not allowed for field 'InventDimId'

There is no field 'InventDimId' on the fields list of the SalesOrderLinesV2Entity.

How do i go about this?

    You should not specify InventDimId in your file. That's a system managed field that the system will fill in. Instead you need to specify the "real world" inventory information such as site and warehouse.

    Hi Olufemi,

    Instead of the InventDimId, you have to provide Site, Warehouse and probably other inventory dimensions like Location, Serial number, Confugation or Color.

    All i needed to add was one of ShippingSiteId or ShippingWarehouseId

    Everything is fine now...
