Migrated to CRM online and some quotes were assigned to other users and not the proper ones. Some Leads were assigned to other users and I'd like to know how to transfer the Leads, Quotes and opportunities to the correct person that it belongs too.

Seems like you had an issue with your mapping tool. You will to use the source system find the record ownership. Check the record online and reassign the owner.

Need more details of how you got the data their to describe how to fix it.
