I want to know how we can find the number of access given to the users for doing a particular task , for example-creating opportunity. How we can find the number of license remaining in D365?
I have the same question (0)

For no. of remaining licenses - This is available from Microsoft 365 Administration Center. See sample below:

For no. of access (or privileges) to be given for a specific task -  This is not straight forward. As each task requires access to one or multiple tables/master data etc. Hence this depends on specific task. This needs more detailed analysis of each involved table and action by user.

    Hi,
For your example, the first thing you need to look at is the security roles in your environment. This is important to determine the security roles that have the privileges required to create opportunities. Next you need to look at the users and teams that have been assigned these security roles. You can use the Users, Team and Security Role Report tool in the XrmToolBox to get usage counts for each of the security roles you identified earlier.
