Hi all, I am unable to get the unsubscribe links to do anything useful. During a test email distribution of the survey, we include the unsub link. When the test recipients click it and then submit the unsubscribe request, it doesn't reflect in Customer Voice. And it doesn't even really reflect in CDS/Dynamics because there's no data. Any suggestions?
The expected behavior would be at least reporting in CV. But there are no unsub results showing in CV:

I would expect a Contact record in CDS (if available) to be updated (e.g. Bulk Email - allow/do not allow). But maybe that is not standard enough and it could be achieved through automation if....there was a way to automate it.
The Customer Voice unsubscribed recipient table (msfp_unsubscribedrecipient) creates a row but there is nothing identifiable on it:
