How to import quotes with connection

Hi all,

I have quotes to import from a legacy system do Dynamics sales.

The imported quote needs to have a connection with a contact with a role say 'Builder'.

I have already created contact and the connection role 'Builder' in the system. I now need import data to associate connection to contact as connection 'Builder'.

I have tried the following which didn't work:

Downloaded a template for entity 'Connection'.
Put quote id in 'ConnectoTo' column.
put 'Builder' in 'Role (To)' field.
Put Contact's email address

The import failed saysing the look up with 'quote id' failed
