    Hi Aisha1985 ,

You can create dashboard and display accounts sorted by related number of incidents. For that first you need to create rollup field which stores count of related total cases(tickets) or you can use simple field and manage count of tickets by custom logic.

    • Here is the rollup field which calculates total related cases.

    • Configure this field in Account view and configure sorting on this field by Descending and save the view.

    • After that configure Account entity list in dashboard and use this view in the list.

    • Now you can find the account list sorted by Ticket count.

Or you can create custom web resource which display table of Top 20 Accounts sorted by Ticket count and add it in dashboard.

Note: By using rollup field, the rollup fields can't directly updated, the rollups are calculated by scheduled system jobs that run asynchronously in the background. So in this case you can manage ticket count in simple field and update this field when ticket is create/updated by using plug in or any kind of custom login.

    I hope it helps,

    Thanks.
