How to change status reason using a date and time field?

Hi.

So, I have a custom date and time field that is set to populate from workflows after it's execution on status change. 

Custom field Name = 'Z'

Now, I want to change the status reason to 'Y' on the condition that the 'Z' should be at least 30 days older on the status reason 'X'.

How can I achieve this using workflow?

    Jimxmy,

    Create a calculated field "A" that calculates the number of days between "z" and now(), you have to make sure field "Z" has the correct date/time setting for the calculation to work, don't worry you'll see the errors when creating the calculation.  Create an automate or workflow that sets the stats reason to "x" when "A" = 30, or => 30 and status reason <> "X".

    Hi.

    Tried and tested with a workflow process, didn't execute as how I wanted. So, I made a business rule instead for the same execution and it turned out okay.
