I know about filteredview, which embed security, also hold drop-down values and place date in utc format and some other benefits. But I do not know the reason of existing base table for each table.Could you help me on this? or give me a link? For each table in crm we have also a base table that is the same name of normal table with base keyword after that.Best regards.
Hi There,
I found a helpful content for you please checkout the below link:

Thanks
Hello Albert,
Hope you are well.
Taking into account you were able to find the advantages of using the Filtered views, we can consider it a logical extension of the 'Base' table.
When you create an entity it will create both tables, but the Base table is considered the core table. As an example, you can drop a filtered view on SQL directly (unsupported) but you cannot drop simply a Base table. When you drop a filtered view, it will be created again when you make a change on the entity and publish the changes.
Let us know if this provided the required information.
Thank you,
I got it.
