Hi Friends,

Thanks in advance...

When I paid using loyalty card from POS, loyalty points are not earning for the current transaction, but if paid through other payment methods loyalty points are calculating properly, can anyone suggest me is their any configuration in Dynamics 365 for operations to calculate earn points during loyalty payment.

    I had developed some customization to import loyalty opening balance and its worked for me.

    Dear Nirvana,

    It a standard functionality of ax , you cannot earn or redeem in same transaction.....

    If you want to achieve this , you need to do some modifications in loyalty project...

    Hi Nirvana,

    I am having customization to import loyalty points to existing customer as opening balance, as per AX standard you cannot earn loyalty points while using loyalty card as payment type. Hope you got clear idea on this.

    Because in my scenarion :

    We use the partielle paiement : 40% with loyalty and 60% cash.

    But in this case POS doesn't calculate the earning points for the 60% cach paid.
