Hi all,
I need to get the "closing" date of each lead, that is the date that a lead was either disqualified or developed into Opportunity. Is there a single date field in the database I could use? Or should I look for two separate fields?
Hello,
After the lead is disqualified or Qualified to convert into an opportunity, The Lead record become read only.
In this case, you can use the Modified on date on the lead, which will give you the information on the date when lead was either qualified or disqualified.
Do let me know, if you face any difficulty.

Thank you Kapil,
Do you know if the Modified field is changed under any other circumstance?
Only if the Lead is reactivated, after deactivating, in that case, Lead modified date will be updated.
Do let me know if you have any more question.

Hi Kapil,
I'm afraid that Modified On field changes every time Save is performed. So this is not a valid indicator. Is there a way I could get:1. the convert to Opportunity date2. the Lost dateBTW, I have access to tables through Power Query if that helps.
Hi ThimiosSp,
You can sort out the problem by following the below steps: Although still you need steps to fix existing records
Let me know if I can provide you with more details.
ThanksRegards,

Thank you Abdul Wahab, sounds promising.
Should I add the column from Power Apps? I can't seem to get what the ACTION should be nor where to set the Options for Automatic Process.
You are smarter than me. Nice approach. You are in the right place you just need to write NOW(). Click on the tick and then save and close.

One thing should still make you worry. What you will do for old records/data? It will still require the approach I suggested. You can also do it by creating one more new column... in the same calculated column.
Will your approach 'auto-fill' the field for past records?
I was thinking about doing that manually but if there's a way around that, let me know.
If the column is calculated then how you can fill it manually?
