D365 Financial Reporting Error after Service Update 10.0.12

Dear Experts,

after applying Service Update - Version 10.0.12 on D365FO there is a problem accessing General Ledger - Financial Reports.

We get following error when starting the application: 

Application cannot be startet. Please contact the manufacturer of the application

In the details we found following error message:

+ An application for this deployment is already installed with a different application identity.

Does somebody have an idea how we can solve that issue?

    Hi EvelyFoerster,

    Please try to clean the online app cache by running the command:

    Rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache

    Hope this helps.

    We got it solved by applying ClickOnce Chrome Extension:

    stoneridgesoftware.com/.../

    Another hint - for Edge Browser:

    Users that need ClickOnce support can go to edge://flags/#edge-click-once and select Enable from the dropdown list. You'll have to Restart the browser.
