Good day

I was requested by a client to assist in setting up a loyalty program to use in their Retail stores.

They have pre-printed loyalty cards with numbers on the cards that they would like to register.

I have been going through the Microsoft training but it seems as if there are forms missing or the training is incorrect

I cant find these forms Retail > Setup > Loyalty > Date intervals. In fact I cant find any Loyalty under Setup.

The training also refers to Retail > Common > Loyalty > Loyalty cards. I can find the Loyalty group but the only Loyalty cards I can find is under Enquiries.

Is it possible to enter Loyalty card numbers without the number sequence.

If someone can point me to training specific to Loyalty program for AX2012 R2 if it differs from R3 I would greatly appreciate it.

Please can you assist.

Hii,

In AX 2012 R2, the Retail Loyalty Program features are present but not as fully developed or user-friendly as in AX 2012 R3. Many of the training materials you are referring to may be based on AX 2012 R3, which introduced several enhancements and UI changes — including better access to loyalty program setup, forms, and data management.

I am using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) — this is the cloud-based successor to AX 2012.
