Stopped Customer Journey in Customer Insights - Journey

We had a trigger-based journey in the solution, and we stopped the journey awhile ago. Now I'm trying to reactivate the trigger to make some edits. However I can't find a way to bring this stopped journey back to live. Does this mean once a customer journey is stopped, it can't be /reactivated/ again?

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that's impossible.
    I did some testing and this trigger based journey cannot be restarted once stopped.
    This may be due to product limitations. In my personal guess, this is to ensure data consistency, if you can restart may lead to the previous data is rewritten or previous data is lost, so limit this feature.

    that's true. Once a trigger-based journey is stopped you can only delete it. You cannot copy it, but you have to rebuild the journey unfortunatley.
