Hello,
I configure a batch job that send by mail sales order confirmation every hour.
Just the first time I receive a mail. then I do not receive any mail despite in the history the batch job was executed every hour.
Can you help me.

You don't understand me, i wanted to know how you build your query, what your query include tables and fields?
How you setup your query while creating the batch?
Last time i worked on requirement to email payment advice for vendors, so i have to make cutomizations for AX which it doesn't support. So i will test this scenarios next time and find the issue. But, try to do it by yourself, try to execute the batch manually and make debugger while initializing printer settings i think you can identify your issue. Maybe AX don't support this and you have to add cutomization. But, now i can't confirm this.
the primary email is checked,but not the adress that i will send mail.
the batch job is executed every hour and confirm sales ,send mail.
I noticed that when there is a single command the batch sends mail but when they exist several commands for several customers, the batch confirms the commands but it does not send mails.
Verify if the primary email is checked, otherwise try to describe what scenarios succeded and what are failed maybe i can help you if i get more details by finding the difference between succeded and failed scenarios.
