Customer Insights trial not working

Hello ,

  I am using D365 trial and trying out customer insights app for POC. However ,I am getting redirected to solution health hub again and again when I click on the environment link. I checked my licenses ,its all working fine. 

Also ,if I sign in and access customer insights app directly , I am getting the message looks like you dont have production instance license available.
