To sum it up, you don't have to do anything but just go in the Purchasing Policies and select the Policy Rule "Category access policy rule" and push the available categories again by selecting the respective category of the item(s) you are selecting in PR or PO. Click OK.
For the error message, it indicates that the item you are trying to add to the purchase order (PO) is no longer available.
Please move to the yellow triangle to see what prompts are displayed.
