I am creating PO for newly created item. When I enter my newly created item in PO line the error The product is no longer available.

How to solve this error? Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
     
    For the error message, it indicates that the item you are trying to add to the purchase order (PO) is no longer available. 
    Please move to the yellow triangle to see what prompts are displayed.

    Hi,
    There has been a similar discussion on the forums about this issue, and you can refer to this old thread: While selecting the item on Purchase requisition the error prompt "The product is no longer available." (dynamics.com).
    To sum it up, you don't have to do anything but just go in the Purchasing Policies and select the Policy Rule "Category access policy rule" and push the available categories again by selecting the respective category of the item(s) you are selecting in PR or PO. Click OK.
