Hi,
I have an produktion setup with Navision 2016. It uses SSL/UserName. No problems.
If I want to test, I clone the servers, and start them up in an issolated invioment (No internet).
Then the Nav services that uses SSL cannot start. If I remove SSL they can start.
I have this error in the log:
The security certificate that has the provided 'ServicesCertificateThumbprint' is not valid.
Description = '[Subject]
CN=nav.mydomain.com, OU=Domain Control Validated, C=DK
If I run Wireshark (network analyzer) at the same time, I can se the Nav server try's to connect to: crl2.alphassl.com but cannot (No Internet).
Is that the reason why Nav service cannot start?
Best regards

Hi Suresh,
Thank you for your answer.
The certificate is from alphassl and not self generated.
Can I find documentation online, regarding this, that the SSL/Nav service need an Internet connection?
Regards
How did you create the certificate ? I think it needs to validate the certificate for which I think it is trying to connect to crl2.alphassl.com. since you don't have internet connection it is failing.
