Promotion are not working in LS Central

Hi,
 
I have an issue with promotions and offers. In promotion Screen I can see the standard price and discounts , but POS it is not showing discounted prices.  even I compared with Demo database. still dont know where the wrong going on. Promotion setup is same in Demo and my database. in Demo it is working filne.
