Invalid dimension combination

Hi, 

We have recently set up new companies in our Dynamic environment. Within here we have set up dimensions for different locations.

I have tried to post a general journal based on this information and it responds with an error saying 

Invalid dimension combination for account '311200' in company 'aac' ('100','','')

(Where 311200 is the GL account, 100 is the dimension).

My gut feeling is that this is a setup error but i could not find a way to fix this in the system using the inbuilt help functions. Can anyone help assist in how i can fix this error?

    Hi,

    Please go to General Ledger > Setup > Ledger form.

    Then, check and see the account structures setup. See if 311200-100 is indeed invalid dimension combination.
