Hello, guys!

Today my boss asked me to find a way to make this feature work in our client's Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

However, what I was able to find on the internet were only ways to bring the information via Power Platform or some other program.
I would like to know if anyone has already implemented OCR directly in Dynamics 365 Finance.

There is no such feature strictly inside F&O, and I don't recall anyone providing a solution without external components.

However, Microsoft provides a product that's on the side of Dynamics called Invoice Capture that can perform OCR of invoices.

I don't think so we have OCR in F&O. its always out of box solution

@Ramesh what do you have in mind?

There is OCR of receipts in expense management, but not vendor invoices.

Not to derail this thread, but the link you mentioned specified that there is no OCR software, that you need to provide yourself.

Otherwise we would not have had to have invested in OCR reading services at work (-;
