I have Created AutoNumber Field with AutoNumber DataType on Case Entity,
But While Creating Multiple case through Multiple Channels , It is creating Duplicate AutoNumber ID.

it's very strange because the oob autonumber is based on SQL so you can't have duplicates.
it's better to have screenshots of the autonumber configuration and of these duplicate record fields, if it's the oob autonumber you need to open a support ticket to microsoft.

Another solution that I might suggest is to set up duplicate detection rule: docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-duplicate-detection-rules-keep-data-clean
