Hi Everyone

I'm looking at potential options in D365 to satisfy Japan's estorage Act which in relation to electronic documents requires that data is maintained on a system that can track details of corrections and deletions to data.

I found 'Document History' under 'Systems Administration' which shows details of documents imported into D365 (when they were deleted or attached for example) although from my search on Google there is very limited information on the internet for this!

I'm wondering if anyone has used this to meet the estorage Act requirements, or if anyone has used any other functionality in D365 for this?

Thanks

    Hi,

Can you also check data base log in system admin but just keep in mind that adding this for more tables can cause performance issue
